Man Indicted for Involuntary Manslaughter!

Bobby Barger Jr. has been indicted for involuntary manslaughter as well as drug trafficking charges.

Goshen Township police arrested Barger on August 31st after a series of under cover drug buys made to a police informant.

Police say Barger also sold methadone pills to Cheryl Ann Mosely of Miami Township. She died July 27th from a drug overdose believed to have been caused by those pills. Police searched Mosely's home and found eight methadone pills in a bottle with Barger's name on it.

Later, Goshen Police searched Barger's home and found more methadone and heroin. After his arrest, Barger told Goshen Township police he gave the pills to Mosely as payment for driving him to a doctor's appointment. He said he was unsure of how many pills he had given her, but said it could have been as much as 90 pills.

Barger was on probation for a 2004 conviction of possession of heroin at the time of arrest. Barger faces up to 17 and1/2 years in prison if convicted.
