Man arrested for OVI, Again

A Goshen Township man is facing child-endangering charges; just for driving. 43-year-old Donald Harp was arrested on Sunday over the Memorial Day weekend after he crashed his car on Shiloh Road. Harp's four-year-old son was in the car with him when it happened. Police were able to conclude that Harp was driving under the influence, and on a suspended license. Because the 4 year old was in the car, Harp will face child-endangering charges in addition to OVI, Failure to control, and driving under suspension. Harp has been charged with OVI three times since February.
