Underage Drinking Party Busted!
13 people are now facing charges after Goshen Police busted an underage drinking party Sunday (August 3) night. Police were called to 6891 Shiloh Road on a noise complaint. This happened the previous 2 nights in a row as well.
This time though, when police arrived they watched as several underage people ran into the house and locked the doors. Police were able to watch the suspects drink alcohol through a window in the door, but those suspects would not answer the door when police knocked.
Police obtained permission to force entry into the residence. Inside they found suspects ranging from 18-20 years old, many hiding under beds, in attics, and inside closets. All admitted to underage drinking. One suspect was just 5 days from his 21st birthday.
One person inside was 21 years old. He also faces charges
Charges range from underage consumption, obstructing official business, and allowing underage drinking.
