No One Hurt in Overnight Shooting

Goshen police arrested two men Wednesday night after a family's fight turns violent.

39-year-old Todd Pinkerton fired a shot at his uncle, 62-year-old Larry Bray, around 10:45 last night (September 17, 2008.) This happened in at 424 Patrick Lane in the Woodville Gardens mobile home park.

Pinkerton says he fired the shot at the ground, and not at his uncle. Pinkerton said Bray came to his home with a knife and wanted to fight.

No one was hurt.

Both men were arrested and charged with felonious assault. They're expected in court sometime Thursday morning.
